How pricing works
We don't print prices, because a session is priced by its length and what you add. Here is what sets yours.
What decides the price
Your price follows the length of the session, the add-ons you choose and the therapist you book. A 60-minute session and a 120-minute session with a neck add-on are not the same hour.

What the scalp check covers
Every first visit starts with a scalp check: a look at your scalp and hair in good light and a talk about what you'd like. It is part of the session. The 20-minute scalp check on its own is on the menu, and you can ask when you book whether it counts toward a session you book the same day.

Deposits
The 120-minute session and each series take a deposit to hold the time. The menu marks them, and the deposit goes toward the session or the series.
Canceling or running late
We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, because the room and the therapist are set aside for you. If you are running late, call us and we will see whether the session still fits.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A shoulder and neck massage, a warm scalp steam or a blow-dry can be added when you book or on the day. Your therapist tells you what the add-on changes in time and price before anything starts, and you say yes first.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card or a series can be bought online or at the desk and used for any session length. Ask us how a series is booked and how a gift card is redeemed.
