Our policies

What to expect before you book, written plainly.

Booking and deposits

Book online or by phone. The 120-minute session and each series take a deposit to hold the time, and it goes toward the session. The menu marks each one. We confirm by text or email.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel. If you are running late, call us: we shorten the session to keep the next client's time, or move it if the room allows.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss an appointment without notice, the deposit stays with the shop, and we may ask for one to book your next visit. In a series, a missed visit moves to a later date only if you gave notice.

Children and companions

Sessions are for clients 16 and over. Clients under 18 come with a parent or guardian who signs a form. A companion is welcome to wait in the front area.

Pressure, consent and stopping

Your therapist asks about pressure and any area to avoid before the massage, checks again halfway, and stops whenever you ask. Nothing is done to your head or neck without asking first.

Before your visit

Arrive ten minutes early. Wear something easy to change out of, or ask for a robe. Come with your hair as it is: there is no need to wash it first. Take out clips and heavy earrings.

Patch tests and allergies

Tell us about allergies to oils, scents or hair products when you book. We use plain warm water and an unscented cleanse on request, and nothing goes on your scalp that you haven't agreed to.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor before you book if you have an open cut, sore or rash on your scalp, a scalp condition under treatment, recent surgery on your head, neck or back, neck or spine problems, or you are pregnant. Tell us when you book. We may ask what your doctor said before we begin.

If you're not happy

If you're not happy, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Your therapist will go over what you wanted and what to change at your next session.

Tipping

Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your therapist at checkout or in cash.
